Small Potato Cafe is a humble pop out cafe, located at the serene neighborhood in Tanjung Bungah. It has been opening for at least 2 years. When we were simply driving around Tanjung Bungah looking for a place to set our butt for lunch, the name Small Potato immediately caught our attention. After we enter their restaurant, the decoration and setting tell us that they are Japanese themed cafe. The red and white painting and furniture gave us a very chillax feel in this scorching afternoon.

Miso Ramen (RM 12.90) came with delectable soup, top with slices of stewed pork and seaweed. They did quite a good job on the ramen egg, the egg yolk still remained runny and custardy.
Katsu Curry Rice (RM 9.90), pork chop was glazed with their nonspicy curry sauce. We were expecting crispy pork chop but this grilled version is great as well.
Although we very much wish to order their coffee, the scorching sun just makes their Monin Special menu even more tempting. Thus, we opted for Summer Breeze (RM 7.90), the name just suit the day. Very chilling drink for us to enjoy the afternoon in their cozy ambiance.
Hearty preparing of monopod stick for customer to take selfie. |
