The sifu label his duck as Hong Kong's style because he learnt his roasting skill from Hong Kong. Freshly roasted duck arrive daily around 12 o'clock. In a glimpse of an eye, you will notice the queue starting to expand.
Reddish, thin, crispy and less fatty roasted skin with firm and tender flesh below. Along, with their homemade sweet sauce which is the main highlight, and appetizing chili sauce. Their roasted pork and char siew are scrumptious as well. Great option of meal for two.
