Sushi Zento @ Precinct 10, Penang

After the attempt of Azuma and Edoi Ichi, I have great confidence on their sister restaurant Sushi Zento and it doesn't disappointed me though. Sushi Zento is the only non-halal restaurant owned by Right Potential Group, thus you will find pork in the menu. Tucked away at Precinct 10 with realm and zen interior, it serves as a great place to take a break and enjoy some delectable meal.

Mentai Yaki Soba (RM 23), stir fried noodle with assorted seafood, sliced pork, vegetable and cod roe. For those who love soba yet prefer it warm, this definitely your pick. Generous amount of onion does enhance the flavor even more.

Little bowl of Shake Yaki Meshi (RM 10), a fried rice dish with salmon. One bowl seem just not enough.

Shashimi To Shake Teriyaki Set (RM 45), the assorted raw fish was fresh and served in generous size. The salmon to be served with white rice was grilled with scrumptious teriyaki sauce. Salmon's skin remained crunchy.

Shake Salmon was fresh while Chuka Asari, the seasoning made a great compliment for the short neck clam. However, Hotate Mentai Aburiyaki, scallop topped with seared cod roe turned out to be average.

Unagi was awesome especially with the sesame added.

Inari Tuna Mayo to suppress my urge for inari. I like the extra tough of the chef by smoked the top surface of the inari.

Chuka Kurage, the seasoned jelly fish was crunchy and well seasoned. However, Ika Lobsters Sarada, the lobster-flavoured cuttle fish salad sushi wasn't as mind-blowing as the rest. Tamago Mentai Aburiyaki, the topping of seared cod roe makes the egg omellete much flavorful.

Kani Karaage Temaki, soft shell crab wasn't that crispy but the seasoning makes the hand roll flavorsome.

The restaurant consist of two part which are roofed outdoor section while the other with Kaiten belt.
