Buffet Dinner
Curated by award-winning chef in Hard Rock Hotel Penang, the Reunion Dinner Buffet spread covers a wide spread of Chinese delicacies for the Reunion Buffet Dinner. Toss the Salmon Yee Sang for a prosperous start of the year, then you can indulge in the delicacies such as Fish Maw and Sea Cucumber, Double Boiled Black Chicken Soup with Dried Scallop, Crispy Chicken Skin Roll with Prawn Paste and many more. The desserts corner also feature awesome sweet end such as Cold Loh Han Koh with Red Dates and Sea Coconut & Longan.
The dishes were flavourful and seasoned to perfection. Every items on the buffet line was delicious and we could not wait to get more of it.
For seafood lovers, head over to Hard Rock Hotel on 5th February 2019 for a plethora of seafood indulgence. There will be Crispy Whole Duck with Kerabu Mango Plum Sauce, Wok Fried King Prawn with Salted Egg and Oat Powder, Nyonya Curry Fish with Lady Finger, Wok Fried Flower Crab with Chili Egg Flower Sauce, sashimi, fresh oysters, handmade California maki rolls and many more.
