People always say "Klang Bak Kut Teh" the best. I have tried one or two outlets in Klang back to some time ago but could not really recall their taste. Today, we were introduced to Ah Seng Bak Kut Teh located at the border between Subang and Shah Alam. It is a no-frills kopitiam and frequented by local neighbourhood for a bak kut teh craving fix.
As usual, we had a portion for both dry and soup bak kut teh. Those who enjoys savouring the spongy pork fatty parts will be joyful here as the pork meats come in big size with large proportion of fatty parts. Both dry and soup variant are topped with coriander leaves, and the soup version has a decent pleasant herb taste.
Overall not bad for a bak kut teh fix should you happen to be around the neighbourhood and not feeling like going to Klang. You can opt for yam rice to go along with your bak kut teh here.
