Yee Fung Laksa @ Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Located conveniently at the prominent Gaya Street, Yee Fung laksa is not only popular among the tourists but also the locals. Though they serve a variety of dishes such as claypot chicken rice, fish ball noodles, Ngau Chap and etc, their most popular dish isYee Fung Laksa. 

Unlike the Penisular Malaysia style laksa, Yee Fung Laksa uses thin noodles akin vermicelli, and served along in a broth made with the coconut and curry, rendering it a mild coconut fragrance. Drizzle some lime to give it some tangy sensation. On top of the regular meat slices and prawns, the addition of fried egg slices gave it some unique taste portfolio.
