The mud crabs and prawns are freshly grilled on the spot and serve to the diners during champagne brunch, thus you can feel the freshness with the hint of charcoal infused in the seafood in the prawns and crabs. These two really bond well with champagne and completes the relaxing afternoon.

In between your champagne, the Deep Fried Small Prawns serves well as "tidbits". The taste is exceptional, and thus far we have not tried any deep fried small prawns that impressed us deeply.
