Located at Lido Plaza, The Bean Cafe is a cafe with contemporary design that provides a cozy and relaxed ambiance for you to sip a cup of coffee, let it be for a laid back afternoon or a working evening.Â
Upon stepping into The Bean Cafe, I can feel the soothing music and the well dimmed lighting that gives a comfortable environment. I was looking for a main course for my dinner that night but the cafe did not have much choices apart from a few spaghetti. Therefore, I opted for The Bean Signature - BEAN Hotdog.
The hotdog bun was topped with a generous quantity of minced meat, then coupled with the Jumbo frankfurter that completes the entire dish. Overall the taste was nice but on a personal agenda, I hoped for cheese to be added and a more crispy bread texture.
Cappuccino was alright and the biscotti served along is delicious.
Overall, I would come back again to try some other dishes, plus the relaxing environment here really make it a good place to de-stress.
