Lexis Suites Penang is all geared up for the holy month of Al-Mubarak with a delicious array of Iftar offerings. With a theme "
Sajian Laut, Selera Kampung Nelayan", the delightful buffet spread features over 100 dishes from local and international cuisine, including some live action cooking stations for you and your family to
buka puasa. The buffet during Al-Mubarak month will run from 17th May 2018 - 14th June 2018 from 6:30pm - 10pm.

The signature and must have spread during this Berbuka Puasa buffet will be Gulai Udang Kawah, Kambing Goleh and a piping hot bowl of Harian Sup Istimewa, which will be either "Gearbox" Soup or "Emperor Seafood" Soup.Â
A trick to enjoy the Gulai Udang Kawah better - get a few pieces of bread and enjoy it along with the thick curry. This is one of the best childhood combination that always stay delicious.

To make the theme - Selera Kampung more prominent, an array of traditional dishes such as ulam-ulaman, acar-acar, aneka kerabu lekor, keropok, biscuit raya, pulut, ketupat and lemang served in conventional dulang or bakul. That gives a very reminiscent feeling dining in such settings.Â
It will be particularly good to bring your urban and city child to let him see the traditional settings.

An Arab chef is stationed to prepare Shawarma for those who prefer a twist to the conventional buffet spread.
Mongolian Delight, a stir fried chicken meat with unique sauce can be ordered at the action counter too.
