When we were trying to create our account, we were stuck at the very last step too. We waited endlessly for the verification SMS that never came. It felt like we were just one tiny step away from unlocking all the app features we needed, but the app refused to cooperate.

Make sure you’re downloading the right app from your Apple Store or Google Play Store.
Here’s the part that surprised us the most. When we tried signing up using Wi-Fi, the verification SMS NEVER arrived. The moment we switched to mobile data, the SMS has not arrive but we tried another way to get verification instead.
Even with mobile data, some travellers still don’t receive the SMS (in our case the Malaysian numbers).But don’t worry, the app has another option called Voice Pin.
