Straits Quay brings festive cheer to life with their Merry-Go-Fun Christmas Rides where a collection of family-friendly amusement rides perfect for kids, families and anyone looking to soak in the holiday spirits. There will be a line up of activities along with the Merry-Go Fun rides throughout December. Catch the merry-Fo-Fun rides from Nov 15, 2025 until Jan 11, 2026.
1. Merry-Go-Round
The classic family favourite, the Merry-Go-Round brings joy with its beautifully decorated hourse and twinking lights. Children will love the gentle circular ride while parents can hop on for a nostalgic moments. Its not only the young kids gonna enjoy and its the perfect backdrop for those picture-perfect Christmas shots.
2. Christmas Railway
The cute Christmas Railway ride suitable for toddlers and adults who want to ride on and soak in the festive spirit. The mini train chugs along a decorated track, passing Christmas trees, little hut, lights and seasonal displays. It's perfect for winding down the evening and creating magical memories with your little ones.
3. Twirl-N-Spin Teacups
A colourful whirl of fun awairs inside the Teacups. Families can hop into oversized teacups and spin yourselves into this magical seasons. The ride is especially fun for groups or siblings. With shimmering Christmas décor around the ride, its a playful experience perfect for laughter and bonding.
4. Jingle Wave Pirate Ship
For thrill-seekers, the Pirate Ship offers a splash of excitement, This swinging ride lifts you up and down like an ocean wave, giving a gentle adrenaline rush while remaining family-friendly. Kids who enjoy a bit of adventure will love this mini-thrill, and the festive decorations surrounding the ride make it merry-fun.
5. Jolly Express Train
The Jolly Express Train lets you enjoy a scenic ride along the Straits Quay waterfront. It's perfect for families who want a more immersive experience, taking in the sea breeze, festive decoration, and lively Christmas atmosphere. The ride ends at the Pink Sand By-The-Sea zone.

Pink Sand By-The-Sea
A dreamy pastel seaside area where the glowing pink sand creates an enchanting backdrop for photos and play. Kids gonna love the sand plays, while the adults get their Instagram shots. A spot for everybody.

You can also join the Merry-Go-Fun Christmas Redemption at Straits Quay by simply spend RM 180 ( or RM 150 for SQ Club members) in a maximum of two same-day combined receipts from Nov 28, 2025 until Jan 11, 2026 to redeem a Merry-Go-Fun ticket.
Redemption can be done at the Information Counter, Ground Floor Main Lobby. While stocks last.
