This holiday season, we treated our kids to a staycation at Iconic Marjorie Hotel, Penang - a Tribute Portfolio Hotel under the Marriott brand, and it was truly unforgettable. As the latest hotel addition to Penang's vibrant hotel scene, Iconic Marjorie is the lastest venture by the Iconic Group.
Strategically located in the heart of Sungai Nibong, it offers easy acces to Penang International Airport, Bayan Lepas Free Trade Zone and popular attractions like Queensbay Mall. We were captivated by the hotel's luxurious and sophisticated Peranakan-inspired interior. Every detail was meticulously crafted, creating a serene atmosphere where we could fully relax and appreciate the beautiful surroundings. Its not only the candy to the eyes but a truly unforgettable experiences.

Guest Room - King Size Bed and City View
From the moments we stepping in the lift, walked along the beautifully designed alleyways, and entered our Guest Room, we were thoroughly impressed. The design embodies the Tribute Portfolio's standard perfectly. The luxurious furnishing infused with Peranakan elegance, yet maintaining the sleek, modern vibe that felt both grand and contempory.
We especially appreciated the thoughtful service touches, 𝐤𝐢𝐝𝐬’ 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐬, 𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬 and 𝐭𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 delivered right to our room, making our two little ones feel extra special. Another delightful surprise was the 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐮, offering a selection of pillows upon request for ultimate personalized comfort. Every small details of the room, like the beautiful designed Peranakan motif on the coffee cups and bathrobes, emerald colour kettle and the toiletaries that yelled for luxury were a joy to discover here.
Gastronomic Journey at 𝐓𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥
We indulged in a delicious buffet dinner and a hearty breakfast at Tiffin Hall, a cozy yet stylish Peranakan-inspired dining space. The table arrangement offered plenty of space for privacy, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere. Along the buffet line, we savored delectable Nyonya dishes, local Malaysian favourites and Western delights. Dining at Tiffin Hall is a true culinary indulgence.

Perched on Level 13, Sense Bar instantly trnsported us into a contemporary coastal paradise. The white and Tiffany blue colour interior weave together giving out a fresh and elegant addition to the breezy, sun-kissed bar ambiance. Sink in and relax at the plush lounge couches under the beach-style umbrellas shade, sipping their expertly crafted cocktails while admiring the stunning panoramic city views by the pool is such a luxurious escape that felt like a dream.
Saltwater 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐥 & 𝐉𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐳𝐳𝐢
Just next to the Sense Bar is the hotel's spectacular saltwater infinity pool. Located on Level 13, it offers breathtaking views of the Penang city, making every dip a picture-perfect and rejuvenating experience.

Fitness enthusisasts will appreciate the hotel's gym that open round the clock. Fully equipped with the latest machines to help guest maintain their fitness routine at any time. Complimentary glass bottled water and towels were also thoughtfully provided for convenience.
