So we are bound to Kota Kinabalu on the 7am flight and we are in the airport early. We were elated over the trip, as this marks the first vacation to a farer destination after more than 2 years. The kid was obviously the one in her highest spirit, waking up earlier than us in the morning and can't wait to get in the flight. This is her inagural flight and I recalled I was 17 when I first took a flight. The affordability of the airfares has allowed more and more people to travel, which is a good thing.

As of the time of writing, there are 6 options offered, namely Nasi Lemak Pandan with Chicken Rendang, Nasi Kandar with Chicken, Asam Pedas Fish with Steam Rice & Okra, Masak Lemak Cili Api Fish with Steam Rice, Nasi Dagang Ikan Tongkol and Kacang Phol with Toast.Â
As for the kid, they can choose to have either Egg Fried Rice with Smiley Potatoes or Chicken Nuggets with Smiley Potatoes. Firefly Airline did surprise us by including a plush toy and some activities book to keep her occupied during the flight.Â
Even though Firefly Airline practice value service concept but the overall flight is comfortable with decnet leg room. When you have a kid that has no complain over the 3 hours flight journey, then you know it was a comfortable flight.
