Hokkien Loh @ Gat Lebuh Presgrave, Penang

Speaking of Sah Tiao Lor Hokkien Mee, many would thought of the one next to Kwang Huat Yit Poh, namely Hokkien Mee 888. However, at the end of Gat Lebuh Presgrave, just off Jalan C.Y Choy, there is a makeshift stall selling hokkien mee during the middle of the night. Some might call it midnight Hokkien Mee as they open until 3 in the morning,

Their Hokkien Loh (RM 3.30) emited very strong and thick garlic taste. Don't be deceived by the watery looks of the garlic, it is the main kick for the whole dish. Anyway, it's more towards the spicy side which I found it very scrumptious and appetizing. You may add on pork's organ, while for me just added on Sam Zhan Bak (3 layers meat) for extra RM 2.00 , However, the outcome wasn't remarkable and the pork tasted just mediocre. We still prefer crunchy roasted pork more.

If you aren't looking for starchy meal, their hokkien mee can be a great choice too.
