With a theme "Khazanah Sajian Nusantara", the brigade of chef at The Light Hotel will bring you to explore the essence of treasure trove of Malaysian delights with highlight of Minang dishes. You are set to amaze with the buffet spread as it boasts up to 171 dishes including 6 live action stalls - live cooking, 2 types of carving, 6 types of gulai kawah curry served in cauldron, up to 20 main dishes and many more mouth-watering dishes.
"Khazanah Sajian Nusantra" Ramadan Buffet will be available from 10th May till 2nd June 2019. Price for adult is RM 110 nett, while children & senior citizens is RM 88 nett. If you come in a group of 6, you may opt for Biryani Dome Set. For Group Berbuka Puasa gathering of 100 person of more, the hotel will offer specially tailored buffet menus.
Menu will be rotated daily throughout the Ramadan month with key highlights such as:

Besides, the buffet spread will be featuring dishes from various states in Malaysia, allowing you to reminiscing your favourite kampung delicacies while planning for your trip back to your kampung during Hari Raya. The highlight will be the Minang dishes from Negeri Sembilan such as Daging Rendang Nogori, Gulai Lemak Nanas Ikan Talang Masin, Gulai Pisang Muda, Gulai Pucuk Ubi Ikan Bilis, Gulai Ikan Sembilang Salai, Gulai Daging Salai Pucuk Ubi, Terung Telunjuk and others.
Of course, you can expect a wide range of salad, ulam, appetizers, soup, noodles, Western favourites such as Pizza, Indian station and many delicacies awaiting you in the buffet spread.
King of the fruits - durian will be making an appearance in the format of Bubur Durian with Roti Benggali. On top of that, you can enjoy Nasi Impit, Lemang with Serunding, traditional Malay Kuih-Muih like Kuih Serik Muka, Kaipap Pusing, Lepat Pisang, Kuih Tiram, and an array of cakes.
If you like enjoy some ice cream as sweet treat after breaking fast, good news is the Merry Me ice cream pushcart will be making an appearance in the Ramadan buffet at The Light Hotel. Various unique flavour such as Salted Egg, Bandung, Kopi Campur and etc is available at RM 8 per scoop.
For those who prefers simple set dinner, you can opt for the Biryani Dome Set that comprises of Biryani Rice, Ayam Bawang, Kambing Kari Pekat, Sambal Sotong, Egg Kurma / Dalca, Sayur Goreng Masala accompanied with a serving of kurma, desserts, a jar of beverage of the day for a minimum of 6 persons at RM 50 nett per person.
