Australia Day @ Hard Rock Hotel, Penang

Hard Rock Hotel Penang organized its inaugural Australia Day to celebrate this official national day of Australia on 26th January 2019. Many Australians enjoyed this day as it marks the anniversary of the first fleet from Britain landing in Sydney Cove. For only RM 50 nett per adult and RM 25 nett per children, guests to the event get to enjoy live band, quiz and a variety of food during that day. Most important, it was akin a mini gathering for Australian community residing in Penang.

Australia Day at Hard Rock Hotel, Penang

During the Australia Day, Hard Rock Cafe was almost full with guests at 12pm. There were grilling station offering, lamb chops, sauteed onions at the foyer of Hard Rock Cafe, and more delicacies such as pie, burgers, desserts are available in the cafe. Local Australian beers were available for guests' purchase to let Australians here reminiscent the bits of memories in their hometown.

The afternoon gets more fun when a quiz session regarding Australia were open to the floor. Guests managed to answer correctly walked away with Hard Rock Hotel merchandise. There were live band to spice up the atmosphere at Hard Rock Cafe.

Hard Rock Hotel Penang General Manager, Mr. John Primmer also joined the crews of Hard Rock Hotel to celebrate this Australia National Day.
