The hot dishes counter feature some of the great delight that set to tickle your taste buds upon seeing them. Some of the great choices here are Grilled Salmon Fillet with Mandarin Orange Sauce, Baked Black Soy Bean Seabass, Wok Fried Prawns with Oriental Sauce and etc. Of course, remember to grab the roasted duck at the show-cooking station, it is one of the delicious dish for the night. Well marinated tender duck meat with excellent black pepper sauce.

Not to miss out their desserts counter too that has a fair spread of Oriental and Western flair, decorated in the auspicious red colour for Chinese New Year. All the 3 soup desserts - Hot Longan with Snow Lotus, White Fungus with Red Dates, Red Bean Soup with Glutinous Rice Ball are must have. Then you can also indulge at some Chinese New Year cookies.

Even though it is Chinese New Year, the pasembur counter featuring Pasembur and condiments is great in taste. One of the great treasure here will be the Otak-Otak, probably one of the best Otak-Otak we ever come across.
