Following the success of various campaigns such as Say Cheese, PizzArt and Anchor Travel Cakes, Anchor Food Professionals debuts six new dairy drinks that serves to give a boost to mood. These beverages were conceptualized by Anchor Food Professionals chefs to showcase the deliciousness of dairy in products, and is available in 15 selected cafes and outlets throughout Malaysia. Anchor Food Professionals also set to create an unique drink identity that will make Malaysians fall in love with it immediately!
For this tour, we tried 3 different drinks - Kaya-Nika Fusion, Yuzu Chocolate Surprise and Lemon Mint Meringue in Lavish Fusion Bakery and HIVE b Love A Loaf in Penang. The drinks are priced at RM 16.

| Kaya-nika Fusion |
Kaya-Nika Fusion is indeed a new identity set to reflect Malaysians' favourite, Kaya. Created by Chef Firuz, this drink has layers of sweet and creamy with traditional kaya, then combined with various Malaysians' elements such as gula melaka, pulut and red beans. The kaya itself is soothing and semi-rich, and inclusion of pulut and red beans gives a delicate texture for biting with aromatic scent.Â
Somehow, this drink topped our list to look for during a scorching hot weather!Â

| Lemon Mint Meringue |
For those who loved to go Mamak and have a cup of air limau, then Chef Firus has crafted an elevated version of it specially for you. The new drink - Lemon Mint Meringue, featuring zesty lemon has rich lemon mint has the sourness tuned down with vanilla ice blended. then it is topped with a strong dollop of freshly whipped and torched meringue with slices of candied lemon and orange. You can even get very Instagrammable pictures with this drink.

| Yuzu Chocolate Surprise |
Anchor team unveils this drink is their favorite among all -Â Yuzu Chocolate Surprise. Created by Chef Ichiro, it has an unlikely pairing of rich and sweet chocolate and citrusy yuzu that offers an interesting flavour. Yuzu Chocolate Surprise is a mixture of iced chocolate with Yuzu puree and rimmed with salt lemon cooling candy. At first touch with your tongue, you will feel the mild cocoa flavor, followed by a cooling mint taste lingering in your mouth that keeps your refreshed all the time.
