White Paws Mansion Dog House & Cafe @ Noordin Street, Penang

Tucked in the new shop lot in Noordin Street, White Paws Mansion Dog House & Cafe is a new and interesting spot to spend your day with all the white furs kids. Upon stepping into the cafe, do expect to be welcomed by a squadron of white dogs, including Alaskan Malamute, Huskies and Samoyed. There are more than a dozens of dogs here but there are only 8-10 resident dogs at one time in the cafe. Watch out, as these white fur kids displayed strong affectionate to all incoming visitors and be prepared to swarm by them. They are currently undergoing a soft launch and menu still on planning stage during our time of visit and food was not their forte. Apart from being a dog house and cafe, White Paws Mansion also provides below services.

Sticky Fur removal is prepared at the entrance

The set lunch, which is available daily from 12 - 3pm daily is a real bargain. It comes with a bowl of salad, choice of pasta / mains and a cup of ice lemon tea for only RM 17.90 or RM 20.90 respectively, and they serve a generous portion. The salad was over seasoned with salts and Spicy Napolitana was average. Nevertheless, the cafe owner took our feedback promptly and we felt it was alright, since they are a pet cafe and not a food cafe.

Matcha Latte (RM 15.90)

The enthusiastic dogs will swarm to your table when food is served but the cafe staff is serious and do not condone such behaviour of the dogs. They might be doing a fence to put up a special space for dog playground solely.

Imagine what will happen when you have a pack of dog treat on your hand. All the fur kids will be swarming to you for a treat! There are a few fur kids that will obey to your simple instruction such as "sit" and etc.

From our understanding, apart from being a dog cafe, they also perform dog rescue mission, and one of the husky confined in the fence as depicted in the picture above is one of the abused dog adopted by the cafe. Thus, do drop by and give yourself a different afternoon by enjoying with the smart dogs and help them as well.
