The heavyweight for the night would be the Emperor Dome Poon Choi (Big Bowl Feast) and the accompanying Yook Poon, serving all the exquisite items such as abalones, prawns, scallops, dried oysters with the greenish broccoli, meanwhile the Yook Poon has roasted chicken and duck to satiate the crave of those meat lovers.
The Poon Choi will be served only during the Chinese Reunion Dinner on February 15th, 2018.

Hot dishes counter features an array of oriental cuisine such as Steamed Seabass with Sour Plum, Sea Cucumber with Green Garden and etc. Our favorite of the night will be Salted Egg Mantis Prawn though, a rare presence in the buffet line. Be careful though as it is dangerously addictive and probably you could spend the whole night snacking the Salted Egg Mantis Prawn only.
8 types of fresh seafood such as prawns, mussels, lobsters, scallops, crabs and others are served on the Ice, pampering all the diners.
The Salad Bar features Baby Octopus Salad, Japanese Seaweed Salad, Jelly Fish Salad, Broccoli and Duck Salad to whet the appetite of diners before the commencement of savouring the Poon Choi mentioned earlier.
Soup here meticulously done, with the Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Snow Fungus possess a very rich taste with soft chicken meat to savour. It reminds me of the home cooked soup that we get to enjoy.
12 types of Chinese New Year Fortune Cookies are served as desserts in the buffet to make it intensify the Chinese New Year mood. If you are concern about the possibility heat upon consumption of too much cookies, cool your body with a bowl of warm Leng Chee Kang.
Different types of whole cakes ranging from Pandan, Cream and Chocolate are available to cater the stomach for diners who have a sweet tooth.
