Murni Discovery is such a big name in Klang Valley. Though started as a Mamak chain restaurant, it has grow rapidly and expanded its menu into a wilderness of food, appealing to Malaysians from various races. Murni Discovery is such a sensational in Klang Valley and it is almost full house regardless of branches and time. For us, the challenge when dine in Murni was the comprehensive menu, ranging from nasi lemak, assortment of noodles, protein that left us devastated on what to choose.
To make things easy for the night, we just go for all time Malaysian Favorite - Nasi Lemak Murni Discovery (RM 13.90). The nasi lemak platter is worth the price paid as it comes generously with a piece of chicken wings, sambal condiments with prawns, hard boiled egg, salted peanuts, slices of cucumbers on a piece of banana leaf. All the essential flavors are there. If we were to nitpick, it would be the sambal condiments lacking the driving factors to complement the rice.Â
Okay, this Butter Cheese Chicken Alkiev with Mee Raja Meletup (RM 24.80) is giant platter to devour. It looks like a buffet platter with Mee Raja Meletup on a side, then served along fried sliced chicken breast stuffed with mix cheese and herbs and French fries. The noodles portion are definitely meant for more than a person, it is either you eat it voraciously to finish everything on the plate fast or risk wasting the food.Â
Taste wise, we enjoyed the noodles, in particularly the more solid and springy texture. It was a tad salty though. We could not finish all the noodles as the portion is a real craze.Â

It comes to our attention that above menu is recently revised in 2017, and they might revise it annually. Well, perhaps another visit in 2018?
