Shop at Design Village Penang Outlet Mall (DVO) and rest yourself in between at their newly launched Customer Service Lounge.Â
Emulating the concept of Airlines' service lounge, the customer service lounge at DVO is the first ever to be introduced in Northern Region Malaysia. The lounge is free of use to the shoppers at DVO, offering an assortment of amenities and services with international standard to the shoppers.
The brand-new Customer Service Lounge set apart from other information counter with its comfortable, relaxing and welcome foyers for shoppers to have a total relaxation after a long day shopping. Besides, it also serves as Penang Tourism Information Centre to promote attractions in Penang.
Other amenities and services provided by the Customer Service Lounge included:
- Luggage storage place
- Baby strollers or kid trolleys
- Wheel chairs
- Power riders
- Lost and found counter
- First Aid
- Paging services
- Umbrellas
- Calling point for Taxi & Uber
Shoppers can look forward for a variety of international brands at DVO, such as the new outlet Coach New York, SuperDry, Esprit, Sacoor Brothers, Timberland, Levi's, Guess, Samsonite and many others. PUMA outlet is on its way to join by mid of July.
On top of that, stay tune for the opening of The Food Street housing a 16,000sqft food court named Food Bazar at DVO in the month of July!
