Located at level 68 on the rooftop of Komtar tower, visitors can survey a 360° view of Penang while enjoying the breeze. For an adrenaline rush, challenge yourself for a thrilling walk on the transparent pathway Rainbow Skywalk which is 249m above the ground level, and sought the help from the friendly staff to take a memorable picture.
Besides the astonishing views, visitors to the TOP can make wishes at the golden wishing pot with double rainbow arch or enjoy the self playing music by the unique hanging musical orchestra named Orchestra of Dreams. There is also a highest and luckiest chair made out of horseshoes.
On Level 65, visitors can walk across the air-conditioned observatory deck with brief explanation on different segments in Penang. There is a glass walkway here also to let you watch what transpire below you, or let you have a test whether you are acrophobia or not.
In case you are hungry, Coco Cabana Bar & Bistro offers delectable desserts and drinks while on the highest spot ever in Penang. The restaurant serves fine dining after 6pm.
