Over the weekend, we had the privilege to have a staycation over Cinta Sayang Resort at Sungai Petani, Kedah. This 200-acres greens of resort is a great getaway for us after a hectic week of urban life, simply to enjoy breathe of fresh air and indulge in some great activities the resort offer. We arrived here in the late afternoon and were greeted by their friendly receptionist with a big smile. A cup of cold juice was served to us while waiting for the registration to get done.Â

The room is spacious and comfortable. Instead featuring a futuristic design, the room offers a rustic feel. The zebra canvas paintings are lovely and give a nature feeling to the room.Â

We were there during the sunset time and the view there were spectacular. While buggy service was provided to ferry us from the main lobby to respective chalets, we decided to stroll across the short distance and enjoy the view and surrounding. It has been such a long time we did not have such a relaxation period, as since after grown up we were fighting for our lives non stop daily.Â
Gym and swimming pool access are provided.Â
There is a grocery store within the vicinity of Cinta Sayang Resort selling daily needs and foods. Just in case you forgotÂ

Breakfast is served complimentary at CS cafe. A variety of desserts, cakes, porridge, mains and western dishes are served, ensuring you will have a great start for the day. The breakfast here is great overall.Â
On a sidebar note, thanks to Cinta Sayang Resort for their impeccable service. We accidentally left a device in the room and only realised the lost a week after our stay. Feeling anxiously, we gave a call and leave the necessary information to the receptionist who picked up the phone and promised will call us to provide an update. On the next day, I received a call from them and said the item was found. Thanks to Cinta Sayang Resort for their help rendered! Â
