Tucked within the Heritage area at the strategic location near Weld Quay, Kopi & Toast offers the old school breakfast. They are hitting the Penang style kind of breakfast which is toast and coffee, but add in the on trend elements to meet the young generation preference. You will find their menu serving croissant, English breakfast and even instant noodle, everything here are tagged in wallet friendly price.

Our morning started with their Bacon Egg Salad Croissant (RM 7.50) While we love our croissant to be crispy, their croissant was made light and soft with nicely grilled bacon and egg in buttery way. Out of curiosity we ordered their new menu, Devil toast (RM 3) which is actually a sheet of cheese melted on the crusty toast. Of course, we will not miss their Treasure set (RM 3.90) which came with the choice of coffee or tea, plus butter toast and egg. By taken as a whole from what we have tried, it could be a nice spot to fix our crave for Penang style breakfast but may not the best yet.
