Kampar Fish Jelly Yong Tau Foo @ Sungai Nibong, Penang

Although the owner named their shop as Fish jelly, they don't serve jelly fish but Yong Tau Foo instead. Like  any other Yong Tau Foo, they do have varieties of fish ball based ingredients and crispy stuff for you to pick. What differ them from the rest is that they serve very scrumptious yam rice, hakka mee and lou she fun. Added on dishes such as chicken leg, pork leg, herb chicken are available too.

Where is the shop? After your exit from the flyover coming from the direction of Queensbay mall, you will find it at the shop lots on your right hand side. Just next to the mechanic shop with huge "Pioneer" signage. Most of the FTZ employees love here.

Dry Hakka Mee (RM 3) with soy sauce marinated pork mince and fresh bean sprouts. Constantly stir the noodle as the sauce's scent pretty mild. I personally prefer the pungent Yam Rice (RM 1.20) the most.

Self pick ingredients: fish ball, meat ball, mushroom ball and dumpling. It was a great pleasure sipping the soup one after another.

Crispy fried dumpling and bean curd. There are two kind of sauces available for dipping, homemade chili sauce and the special reddish brownish color sauce.

Dry Lau She Fun ( RM 3) looks pale when it arrived but there are lot of dark sauce hidden below. It has the same ingredients as Hakka mee but with much thicker sauce. Other than these, they have the options of Ho Fun, Meehun and Tang Hun.
